Return & Exchange Policy

At Aivora, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or damaged-after-delivery items.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The item is missing from your order

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, product pictures, and an unboxing video if available.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Aivora reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange requests after reviewing the case.
