Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in special cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible.

Refund requests are reviewed after we receive all required details, including order number, product pictures, and proof of issue.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Opened or used products
• Change of mind
• Wrong product selected by customer
• Delays caused by courier service
• Products damaged after delivery

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the agreed payment method within a reasonable time.
